Developed by residential property developer APG, Manhattan on the Park is a 16 level apartment tower of 330 units located in the Canberra CBD, ACT.
This $190M commercial development involved the demolition of an existing 14,000m2 commercial building and the construction of a new 16 level residential tower of 330 units. In 2014 it won the API Property Development Award and MBA Apartment and Units Four Storeys and Above award.
