Located in close proximity to St Leonards Station, Crows Nest retail precinct and the future Crows Nest Metro Station, 9 Albany Street is a 13-storey, mixed use development completed in 2018.
In this Project, Facade Concept supplied and installed the popular Budget Curtain Wall System, in addition to the standard apartment windows and doors, to help the builders relief their financial pressure while achieve the same functionality and similar appearance to normal curtain wall products.
